Delivery Information (Please note that this has been updated in regards to the current Covid-19 outbreak.)
Orders are posted on weekdays except Wednesday’s when Royal Mail Post Office is closed due to reduction in their working hours. You will receive an email once your order has been posted so you should know when to expect it.
Majority of orders are posted via Tracked courier service. We have also suspended our next day delivery service temporarily.

|Tracked Courier||Usually a 48 hour service but can take longer due to current scenario. This is still prioritised over their usual first class service.|
|Non Tracked European Shipping||Usual delivery time is 5-7 days but there can be delays. We would strongly advise the use of the tracked option.|
|Tracked European Shipping||Usual delivery time is between 3-7 days. Fully tracked service.|
|Tracked Courier||2-5 working days|
|International Post with tracking||5-10 working days. Some delays are expected with various countries having reduced workforce leading to delays in customs clearance.|
We are aiming to dispatch orders within 24 hours but please see above note regarding no postage on Wednesdays. Please take into consideration processing times of individual products when ordering to ensure your item(s) arrive in time.
If you’re not happy with your item, or if it arrives damaged or faulty, please contact me straight away. For damaged or faulty items, please provide up to 3 photographs to show what is wrong with the item.
Items may be asked to be returned in an unused and resalable condition within 7 days. Refunds will only be given once I have received the item back in its original condition. You will be liable for return shipping costs and no refund of the original shipping costs will be issued. Personalised items or digital downloads are non-refundable cannot be returned.
